This letter is dealing with the discourse “In Kali Yuga, Strength Lies in an Organized Body”, given in Patna on 31th Dedember 1978. It was published in the book AV-7, and is discourse #145. This is an issue of distortion.
We are discussing about how in comparison with Bábá’s recorded discourses, in our Ánanda Vacanámrtam etc which are published by Tiljala Publications (TP), there are a lot of discrepancies. Bábá has spoken one thing, whereas they have printed something enitirely different. Whatever Bábá spoke, TP first did Bengalization -- translating into Bengali -- and then they printed that in the English and Hindi books. Unfortunately, Rudrananda group also reprints and sells in their own group name, the same distorted, altered Bábá books. And they have no interest in fixing the discourses. Here in this post, one discourse is provided as an example. For this discourse we provide the following two things:

The central idea is that in the below scan, the red underlined words are not present in Baba’s audio. And the second problem is that they have unnecessarily discarded many of Baba’s words. This is disgraceful.

सभी मार्गियों को मिलकर बाबा के ऑडियो प्रवचन के आधार पर नई पुस्तक बनाने के सिवा कोई दूसरा उपाय नहीं है |
अब समय नहीं है, अगर मार्गी और डबल्यूटी लोग भाई बहन लोग परमपुरुष बाबा के रिकॉर्डेड ऑडियो कैसेट को सुनकर उसे ज्यों का त्यों उतारकर बाबा के प्रवचनों की शुद्ध पुस्तक नहीं बनाए, तो बाबा की शिक्षा सदा के लिए लुप्त हो जाएगी । क्योंकि अभी तक आनन्दमार्ग की जो हिन्दी की पुस्तकें उपलब्ध हैं, उनमें अधिकांश कूड़ा भरा हुआ है ।

Note 1: What is the Bangalisation / Bangalization of an English discourse?
It is when Baba spoke in English and that English discourse is not directly transcribed and printed in English. Rather that original English discourse is translated into Bengali. And then from that translated Bengali version it is double-translated back into English and then finally printed in English, whereby the original English words are lost. This entire process of ruining Baba’s original discourse is known as the Bangalisation / Bangalization of Baba’s English discourse.
Note 2: What is the Bangalisation / Bangalization of a Hindi discourse?
It is when Baba spoke in Hindi and that Hindi discourse is not directly transcribed and printed in Hindi. Rather that original Hindi discourse is translated into Bengali. And then from that translated Bengali version it is double-translated back into Hindi and then finally printed in Hindi, whereby the original Hindi words are gone. This entire process of ruining Baba’s original discourse is known as the Bangalisation / Bangalization of Baba’s Hindi discourse.
Note 3: Bangalisation / Bangalization analogy
By simple analogy, one can understand what Bangalisation / Bangalization is. Suppose you have a white t-shirt that you wish to wear. Then suppose there is a dogmatic belief (Bangalisation / Bangalization) that this shirt should first be placed in a bucket of black charcoal. And by so doing the shirt became filthy black. The original white color became permanently lost. So "via Bangla" is like that. When Baba's original Hindi is filtered through a Bangla translation to make the printed Hindi, then in that process Baba's original Hindi words get completely lost. And that is what happens with this process of Bangalisation.
