The Supreme Cognition DMC Discourse: AMPS Book Missing First Paragraph

The Supreme Cognition, an important DMC discourse given in Surat, Gujarat (India) on 26 September 1966, is missing almost the entire first paragraph in the printed version Subháśita Saḿgraha Part 24. The first paragraph contains nine sentences of which the first eight are missing from the printed book.

In DMC discourses Bábá gives the name of the discourse in His first sentence. As that sentence is left out by the Tiljala group Publishers, they made up their own name for the discourse--without informing Ánanda Márgiis they had done so.

Below are two scans of the first page of the discourse. On the left is the scan of the untouched page as printed. On the right is the same page, with a red rectangle highlighting where the first eight sentences of the discourse should have been printed.
