Here below is the "As-Is" Discourse "The Three Factors For Spiritual Elevation", given on 10 August 1978 in Patna.

Note: Bábá’s discourses were delivered orally. Speech patterns are different from the written word. Naturally then, when making the written version, certain words are not needed. Those words have been marked by curly brackets { }. It has been thirty-seven years since the below discourse was given by Bábá in 1978. But this is the first time that it is being presented As-Is in the proper way, as Bábá wants it to be done. One margii privately has transcribed ​this discourse ​recently--it is not published by Tiljala Publications. In order to confirm this, you can open your book and check.

In the discourse “The Three Factors For Spiritual Elevation” (AV-1 Ch. 6), Bábá has spoken both in Hindi and English.
