It has been thirty-seven years since the below discourse was given by Bábá in 1978. But this is the first time that it is being presented As-Is in the proper way, as Bábá wants it to be done. One margii privately has transcribed this discourse recently--it is not published by Tiljala Publications. In order to confirm this, you can open your book and check.

In the discourse “The Three Factors For Spiritual Elevation” (AV-1 Ch. 6), Bábá has spoken both in Hindi and English. The standard approach given by Bábá is to directly print the original English or Hindi from His audio. The way Bábá wants, in the same way the following transcription of His discourse has been done.
